Practices

Competitive-level cheerleaders, ages 10 and up, practice 4 nights per week (Monday-Thursday) during the month August. After the labor Day Holiday, the practice schedule will adjust to 2 or 3 night per week for the remainder of the season. Non-competitive level cheerleaders, ages 5 to 9, practice 2 or 3 nights per week during the month of August and will transition to 1 or 2 nights of practice per week after the Labor Day Holiday. The practice times are dependent upon daylight and coaches and gym availability. Participants can expect for practices to run between 90 - 120 minutes depending on the age of the children.

Per Pop Warner standards, all cheerleaders are required to complete 20 hours of conditioning prior to learning any jumps, stunts or tumbling.  These hours will be completed in the first weeks of August as a team and will be tracked by the coaches.

Competition Team

After the first week of camp conditioning, the competition team will practice 2-3 nights a week, with the possibility additional practices depending on upcoming competition. The competition team is required to compete at BuxMont [Souderton HS], Regionals [Trenton, NJ] and Nationals [Sea World in Florida] if the team advances.  Locations are subject to change. In an effort to create the best experience for all cheerleaders, the competition teams will cheer at football games  that align with their age group.
