Below is included with the cost of registration and provided to every football player:
Items to be returned at the end of the season
- Helmet – All players will be outfitted with a NOCSAE Certified helmet that meets all current condition standards. Our current team helmets are Schutt, Xenith, and Riddell, which are rated as a “5 Star – Best Available” by the independent Virginia Tech helmet rating. If you prefer to provide your own helmet you may do so - our helmets are maroon with a black facemask.
- Shoulder Pads – All player will be outfitted with Riddell or Schutt youth shoulder pads. These are a newer designed shoulder pad to meet all current and up to date safety standards. If you prefer to provide your own shoulder pads, you may do so.
- Uniform Pants
Items that each player will keep
- Custom Reversible Game Jersey – Each player is provided a personalized team jersey with their name on the back, to keep at the end of each season. The option for a player to have their game jersey customized with last name and number preference is dependent on meeting the registration deadline before the uniform order is placed. If a player isn't registered before the deadline, the player will receive a uniform but it will not be personalized. The exact date for the cut off will be provided as we continue to work with our uniform manufacture.
Additional Equipment:
- Each player will be required to provide the following: Football Cleats, Mouth Guard with Keeper Strap, 5 or 7 Pad Girdle, and Sports Protector.
